How the control tools work
Every tool below is switched on through support and cannot be loosened before its term is up. Tightening a tool takes effect immediately. Loosening one only happens once the waiting period ends. This stops protection from being lifted on a single impulsive moment.

- Stake limit — stays active until lifted, caps the amount staked on a single bet or round.
- Session time — applies per session, closes it once the set time runs out.
- Short break — lasts from 24 hours to 30 days, pauses play without deleting the account.
- Self exclusion — requestable once every 90 days, closes login entirely and stops bonus notifications.
A self exclusion request is confirmed from the registered email address. This right can be used once every 90 days. Renewing it requires at least 30 days since the last request.
Signs worth watching for
If several of the points below feel familiar, it is a good moment to pause and take stock.
- Depositing more than planned to chase back a loss.
- Playing with money set aside for rent, bills or debt.
- Hiding how much time or money is spent playing from those close by.
- Feeling restless when not playing, or thinking about it constantly.
- Giving up sleep, work or family time for the game.
- Borrowing money or selling belongings in order to keep playing.
Keeping minors away
Blocking a child's access to the account is the account holder's own responsibility. A session should never stay open on a shared computer, a password should never be saved in a browser, and a payment card should not be left within reach. Parental control software at home remains the most practical safeguard at device level.
Asking for support
Anyone feeling that control has slipped should switch on a tool first — a short break or self exclusion produces the fastest result. Sending the request through the support channel is enough; no reason has to be given. A national addiction helpline can be contacted afterwards, and free, confidential support is available through several organisations.
Concern for someone close does not allow closing their account directly. Reporting the situation to the support team and encouraging that person toward self exclusion are the available options.
